Our company is looking for a second Account Manager to help oversee some existing accounts and develop new accounts. As an account manager, you would be responsible for business development, estimating and related project coordination, preparation and communication. The candidate should have strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks/issues and basic computer knowledge. We are looking for a person that has an entrepreneurial spirit, construction/sales experience and has the ability to wear multiple hats in our growing organization.

Entry Level. Willing to train.

Base salary commission, discretionary bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:

• To include but not limited to, account management, marketing, business development, estimating, assembling submittals
• Grow existing accounts and pursue new opportunities across different industries
• Read plans and specifications for jobs
• Attend sales and scheduling meetings
• Utilize work flow software, excel, accounting programs, etc
• Understand materials used and the construction process
• Manage sales process from estimate to invoice
• Work with operations, field and administrative team
• Efficient communication to both customers and our team
• Work in a fast paced environment with a growing organization and wear multiple hats.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
